Assignment of inbound media is to give help and support while the application-process, with the objective of membership in Künstlersozialkasse (KSK).
This includes, to fill out all the forms, to prepare and to send the application to the KSK. If KSK will accept, this agreement includes a final workshop too. Applicant is the principal. Queries from the KSK will be sent to you personally. inbound media service UG can’t guarantee, that KSK will accept you as a member!
• The fee of 290,00€ plus 16% for VAT (336,40€) is due immediately. The Checklist with the documents for the application will be send by email after receiving the payment. The fee is valid for 2 years. If the documents will be delivered later, we have to commit a new consulting fee. If inbound media service UG will decide, that the application-process will be not successful, the fee will refunded within 95€ plus 16% VAT.
• Please submit all and only complete documents from the checklist printed “portrait” (not landscape) on DIN A4 paper. Not stapled or in a folder. No electronic files! No drop-box-links!
• inbound media is preparing all applications in chronological order, just as they were given from the clients. It needs probably more than one week, until the work on your application can be started. At this point, the final decision, if it makes sense to send an application to KSK, will be done. If you did an online- registration at KSK-website and you received an email with a fixed date and a “VS-Nummer”, we have only 4-6 weeks to send the complete application to KSK!! If we miss, they will get you in to the date, on which they received the application. All documents will be send to ksk by normal postal mail. The application will be not discussed in a meeting before it will be sent to KSK. You should receive a confirmation from the KSK within 4 weeks. Please don’t give KSK a call without a commitment! • Usually KSK is asking for new, paid invoices or advertising material, etc. in their queries. Your will receive all mail! Please send them beforehand as a copy or as a mail pdf to inbound media as soon as possible. If they ask for a signature, please do, but don t fill out anything else. Then please send the original letter to inbound media. They normally ask for new paid invoices. They should show a description in simple words, that even Nonartists understand, what your work was. To reply to the queries we/you will have 4 weeks time. If you/we decide to miss this deadline, you will receive a reminder to answer the questions and they will give you a further deadline of 3-4 weeks. The application-process takes in the average 4 month. • If you sign contracts as an employee or if you work in minijobs, please inform inbound media immediately. • inbound media UG guarantees to handle your personal informations confidentially. All informations which are usable from inbound media UG for the application-process and for further support will be saved by inbound media UG. They will not be given to any other persons or institutions. • Please observe: when you decide, to stop the process after you have signed this agreement, there is no need to refund the fee for inbound media UG or Andreas Bayer as the ceo. There is no right to withdraw contracts as a selfemployed in Germany by law.
